In combination with a reduced calorie diet and appropriate physical activity. Μπορείτε να λαμβάνετε 1 ή 2 δισκία αμέσως μετά από γεύματα πλούσια σε λιπαρά με τουλάχιστον 150 ml νερό. Μην ξεπερνάτε τα 4 δισκία την ημέρα.
